Thanks to Erin for the lead on YourFonts.com. It doesn’t totally look like my handwriting (I’m one of those half-cursive writers, even in caps, so a font would be hard to nail exactly), but I think this would work for comics without looking too “I haz a computer!”
Happy new year. Time to make the comics: this first one covers the last couple weeks or so of my life: I had to jump onto an elimination diet for wheat and dairy. GOOD TIMES. Click for a larger/readable version. (and please, reblog/tweet/share if you like!)
ps — this could also be neatly summed so (or, How Deanna Feels on the Inside Most of the Time):

“To me, sequential art, and comics are a means of specifically organizing and categorizing moments, feelings, and space. The space between panels (known as a gutter) gives your brain a moment to process before moving on to the next concept. In comics, sometimes what isn’t said, or what happens outside of the narrative box, can hold equal weight for the reader.”
